Carolyn joined Club Training Australia in July 2002 as a full time training consultant direct from management roles in the industry.

Carolyn brought with her to Club Training Australia 17 years of extensive experience within the Food & Beverage and Gaming sectors, from Hotels in Western Australia and New South Wales to the Club Industry in New South Wales and Queensland, including 5 years in Restaurant Management and 2 years in the position of Club Manager/Nominee on the Gold Coast. Her diverse background brings to our clients substantial skills in Club Operations, Customer Service and all areas of Bar, Restaurant and Gaming.

Carolyn is formally qualified with a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and holds a Diploma of Hospitality Management.
