Learn the skills and knowledge to extract and serve espresso coffee using a commercial espresso machine.

Apart from learning how to present a fabulous cup of coffee, the course also covers storage of coffee, cleaning, care and maintenance of machinery. It is designed for baristas and others who make coffee using a commercial espresso machine in a variety of hospitality settings. This course can either be done as a half or full day.
