Purchase your replacement certificate right here.

Prices as follows:-

$50 per certificate - Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV)
$25 per certificate - Certifcate II, III, IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma
$10 per certificate - RSA and RSG

To replace your certificate we need details of where you did the course, the date, and, if your employer paid for the certificate, we need their name too.

Make sure your details are correct in your account/member login area, as we will post your certificate to the address used in your profile.

As our trainers work all over the state, please allow around seven working (7) days for your replacement to arrive in the mail.
No refunds will be given if the wrong address is provided.
