Club Training Australia is excited to welcome Stephen Lawrie as Training Consultant and Beverage Specialist to our growing team of professional trainers.

Steve has a passion for the industry reaching back to his teens, when he was a Duty Manger in Gold Coast clubs.

Many of you may know Steve from his extensive career at Jupiter’s casino, and will be aware that he is an expert in industry beverage and at the cutting edge of new and emerging trends. Steve is available to advise venues on efficient bar set up, streamlining operations, improving overall efficiency and training staff to the highest standards .

As Beverage Manager at Jupiter’s Casino, Steve looked after 150 staff while overseeing the completion of the refurbishment of many of the bars, most notably the Atrium Bar. His passion for training saw him gain a promotion to training and development, where he was responsible for overseeing the award winning Culinary School and co-ordinating the training of over 800 staff members.
