Training Consultant (Commercial Cookery)
Paolo Pavia joined Club Training in 2010 and is an experienced Head Chef and a qualified trainer and assessor in Commercial Cookery.
Paolo has worked in a number of international kitchens and prestigious restaurants including Caruso Roof Garden Restaurant (Naples: Italy) Il Teatro Hotel (Venice: Italy) George’s Restaurant (Rome: Italy) Mr.Chow (London: UK), Villa Bianca (London: UK) Cesare Restaurant (London: UK) . Paolo has also managed a number of restaurants as Head Chef. Located on the Gold Coast, Queensland they include Ristorante Fellini (Main Beach: Gold Coast) Volare Restaurant (Broadbeach: Gold Coast) and Amici Restaurant (Coolangatta: Gold Coast).
Paolo is passionate about training and takes an active interest in his students. One of his apprentices Myron, a novice Indian student had never before cooked. Myron is now the Head Chef of “Risch” Restaurant in Surfers Paradise.
Apart from his own extensive qualifications and experience in Commercial Cookery, Paolo has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
