Training Consultant (School-Based)

Natalie joins Club Training Australia as our youngest trainer and brings with her a vast range of hospitality experience in Queensland.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for over seven (7) years in clubs, hotels and catering, Natalie has worked her way up from entry level to Duty Manager and Functions Co-coordinator in these venues. In order to broaden her skill set, Natalie spent some time working overseas in a variety of hospitality venues. Always with her finger on the pulse, Natalie is a full-time trainer yet continues to work part-time in the hospitality industry to ensure she is keeping up with current trends. Natalie coordinates our extremely successful school-based traineeship program and has overseen the growth of this area of our training business. Natalie relates very well to Generation Y students and is able to mentor them through to completion. Our current completion rate for school-based traineeships is extremely high, and we look after over 300 school-based trainees annually.

Natalie holds a Diploma of Hospitality (Management) along with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is currently studying toward her Diploma of Tourism.
