Training Supervisor (Compliance)

Carolyn joined Club Training Australia in July 2002 as a full time training consultant direct from management roles in the industry.

Carolyn has  28 years of extensive experience working in the hospitality industry including hotels in New South Wales; clubs in both New South Wales and Queensland and 5 years in Restaurant Management and 2 years in the position of Club Manager/Nominee on the Gold Coast.

Carolyn is one our senior trainers in traineeship training, regulatory training, customer service, and operations.

Carolyn managers compliance for Club Training Australia ensuring that our training course are not only relevant but meet government specifications. Each year Carolyn co-ordinates audits by DETA as well as managing the company’s ISO accreditation. Carolyn has overseen the significant achievement of CTA having the lowest risk rating possible with the government.

Carolyn is formally qualified with a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Diploma of Hospitality Management.
