I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity of participating in the bronze training course yesterday. I didn't think I would learn a lot from it but I found it very interesting and learnt so many things that I would never have thought of. I think this course will benefit all the staff who attend. I know of a few that have already done the training and you can see the differences already. I am so glad I did it and just wanted to say thanks.

I feel that it's a bit ironic that we , in the industry, are constantly striving to better our employee's customer service levels, and yet every time I deal with your company, I seem to find that you seem to have done it.
It's a bit weird for me, as I thought the company would fall apart when Michelle and Griffo left, but it appears that you have built a better, bigger and more qualified team.
