Karen joined CTA after thirteen (13) years in experience in club and hotel operations. With a passion for customer service, Karen strengths lie in gaming, human resources, functions and operations. Karen delivers our statutory gaming units as well as food and beverage and customer service. Karen holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and is currently completing a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
