Jo-anne joined the CTA team after a twenty (20) year career in hospitality management. Jo-anne has managed hotels, worked as a duty manager and gaming super in large clubs as well as operational roles in other venues. Jo-anne manages and delivers our school based training. Jo-anne has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
