Clubs on the warpath over Julia Gillard's pokies deal
The anti-pokies independent Andrew Wilkie faces an uphill battle in convincing either Julia Gillard or Tony Abbott to stiffen policies on gambling.
Mr Wilkie, whose vote could be crucial in determining which party forms government, said yesterday that when it came to poker machine policy, ''inaction is not an issue''.
