Club Training Australia
Club Training Australia (also known as CTA Training) is the leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the Queensland club and hospitality industry. CTA Training has been operating since 1993 and employs over thirty (30) professional trainers, consultants, analysts, IT specialists and administration support officers.
Online Training Courses
CTA Training specialises in online training courses. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG), Hygiene for Food Handlers and Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) are some of the regulatory online short-courses available for students. CTA Training also delivers a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) online.
Industry Short Course
Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) is a key industry short-course and is delivered face-to-face by CTA Training all over Queensland. The RMLV training course is OLGR Approved and certifies Approved Managers working on licensed premises in Queensland. Other hospitality industry short courses include Gaming, Marketing and Duty Manager Development Programs.
Traineeships &
Government Funding
CTA Training deliver traineeships to students all over regional Queensland in hospitality, business, commercial cookery and occupational health and safety. Training is conducted on-the-job so students are able to learn in the familiarity of their own workplace. Many traineeships attract Government funding for eligible candidates, this means that many students can have their training costs covered by the Government.

Dickson-Wohlsen Strategies (DWS) is the consulting arm: a specialist consulting firm, delivering a range of services to the tourism, leisure and hospitality sectors. Clients include casinos, hotel chains, clubs, hotels, gaming and hospitality corporations, tourism operators and government departments.
Dickson-Wohlsen Strategies and Club Training Australia are a part of the one organisation. Together, DWS and CTA Training deliver quality training to over 30,000 student lessons in hospitality each year and deliver over 200 consulting assignments to a wide range of hospitality clients.
